Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State
on the application for extension of time and perused the record.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is
granted ten days time from today to appear and seek bail in compliance of the
order dated 5.5.2010 passed by this Court in the aforesaid case.
Till expiry of the aforesaid period of ten days. the interim order already
passed will remain operative.

The application no.212407 /2010 is disposed of accordingly.
