ORAL
ORDER

Heard
Mr. Dhaval Barot, learned Advocate for the appellant, and Mr. Mukesh
Dave, learned Advocate for the respondents.

The
present appeal is admitted for consideration of the
following substantial question of law:

Whether
the learned Appellate Court below has erred in appreciating the
evidence produced from the Government records and also considering
Exhibits 103 and 104, which will go to the root of the matter, as
observed by the Honourable Apex Court in its judgement in the case of
Boodireddy Chandraiah & Ors. vs. Arigela Laxmi & Anr.,
reported at AIR 2008 SC 380?
