not appear that there could be justifiable

reason for refusing the prayer for bail of the

petitioner who was not named in the FIR of a

case under Section 395 IPC.

Let the above named petitioner be

released from custody on furnishing bond of

Rs.3,000/-(three thousand) with two sureties of

the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri

Ashutosh Kumar Singh, J.M. Ist Class,

Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S.Case no.35 of 2007.
