and the state.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case

instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the

Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the First

Information Report but subsequently his name

transpired due to the fact that a huge amount of

money was deposited in the account of the

petitioner’s sister-in-law and this circumstance

connected him to this dacoity.

Considering the same, I am not inclined to

grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the

trial.
