Petitioner has challenged the order of the Chief Controlling Revenue
Authority, Board of Revenue, U.P. granting stay to the petitioner.

In this petition further relief in relation to the stay was given.

Proceedings of the court below was not stayed. The petition is of the year
2003 and thus about 7 years has been passed and the court genuinely feels that
revision must have been decided.

On perusal of the facts, we do not find any ground to intervene against the
order dated 10.1.2003 passed by the respondent no. 1.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
