learned counsel for the State.

For having in possession of a country-made

pistol and five cartridges. Petitioner remained in custody

since 05.8.2010, hence is allowed bail.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna (Trial

Side) in connection with Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No.350

of 2010.
