I do not find any reason to quash the prosecution of case crime no. 14 of
2009, under Sections 147, 148, 332, 353, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Narwal,
District Kanpur Nagar, pending before Metropolitan Magistrate-III, Kanpur
Nagar.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
