learned counsel for the State.

The allegations are under Sections- 22, 22, 23

and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic

Substances Act for recovery of 127 k.gs. of Ganza along

with others when they are alleged to be drug runners on

the Indo-Nepal Border.

This Court is not persuaded to grant bail to

the petitioner. The application is rejected.
