In pursuance of the court’s order dated 4.1.2010 the appellant Ram Babu is
present in the court, who has been brought by Constable Prem Chandra
Vajpayee from Central Jail, Fatehgarh. On being asked the appellant Ram
Babu has stated that the counsel, who was engaged by him, is not appearing to
argue the case and thus, the Court may appoint a counsel to represent him.
Mr. Rahul Mishra, Advocate, is appointed as an amicus curiae for the
appellant to assist the court.
Let a copy of the paper book be handed over to Sri Rahul Mishra, Advocate,
within one week.
List this appeal for hearing in the week commencing 15th February 2010
