transpires that the petitioner has got no criminal history or antecedents and the
F.I.R. was registered on the basis of application moved under section 156 (3)
Cr.P.C.
Counsel for the complainant prays for and is granted two weeks time to file
counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit if any may be filed within one week next
thereafter.
Till next listing or till submission of the charge sheet whichever is earlier, the
arrest of the petitioner Rambilash Sharma who is wanted in case crime no.
1016A of 2009 under section 147, 323, 504, 506, 384 IPC P.S. Obra District
Sonbhadra shall remain stayed subject of course to the postulates that the
petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating officer for smooth and
expeditious culmination of the investigation.
