Heard the learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. on this revision
and perused the record.

This revision has been directed against the order dated
9.10.2002 passed by Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur in Criminal
Appeal No.73 of 2002 (Ram Byas Gupta Vs. State of U.P.),
wherein the appeal has been dismissed as infructuous.
The order passed by the court below does not suffer from any
illegality or irregularity and the same cannot be said to be
perverse.

Consequently, this revision is devoid of merits and is
dismissed.
