Issue notice to respondent no.4.

Let counter affidavit be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder
affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List after
the expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge sheet,
whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners in case
Crime No.177 of 2010 under section 364 and 506 IPC P.S.
Mangalpur District Kanpur Dehat, shall remain stayed,
provided they cooperate with the investigation.
