3 18.04.2011 Vide order dated 17.03.2011, the case diary

of Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2010 was called for

and it was directed for not taking any action against the

petitioner for a period of one month.

From the office note dated 15.04.2011, it

appears that the case diary has not been received as yet.

In that view of the matter, till receipt of the

case diary, the interim order dated 17.03.2011 be

continued.
