behalf of opposite parties 2 & 3 and files counter affidavit on
their behalf respectively.

Through the counter affidavit he has brought on record the
decision taken on the petitioners’ case and accordingly
submits that the order passed by the writ court has been
complied with.

A week’s time as prayed by the learned counsel for the
petitioners is allowed to file rejoinder affidavit.
