Heard.

In spite of having recorded in my earlier

rejection order dated 28.3.2011 that prayer for bail of the

appellant was dismissed at that particular stage, I am still not

inclined to reconsider the prayer for the reason I have already

indicated in that particular order.

However, if the appellant completes

confinement of five years, the appellant shall be free to renew

his prayer for bail.

This I.A, is dismissed.
