24. 01.10.2010 The learned counsel Sri Uday Shankar Saran,

appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that the

sole appellant Ram Das Singh died long ago. In spite of

his repeated communication to the client, nobody is

responding and, therefore, no substitution application

has been filed and he has got no further instructions.

In view of the above facts, this appeal is

dismissed as abated.
