It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that according to the
prosecution version the appellant discharged a shot which caused injury
on the person of the injured, the injured has sustained four injuries in
which injury no. 4 was swelling on the neck, it was having no internal
damage, it was not grivious in nature. The appellant has remained in
jail for more than 3 and 1/2 years.
Let the appellant Ram Das convicted in S.T. No. 630 of 2007 arising
out of Case Crime No. 388 of 2006 under section 307 I.P.C., Police
Station Rajpura, District Budaun be released on hail on his furnishing
a personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the
appeal.
