Petitioner is second husband of the

informant. Allegation is about quarrel in

between the wife and husband throwing of

kerosene oil by petitioner on the person of the

informant, reacting thereof she herself lit mach

stick and was taken to Hospital. Petitioner

remained in custody since 12.5.2008.

In the circumstances, the above named

petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions

Judge-I, Danapur in Khagaul P.S. Case No. 58 of

2000 (S.T.no. 916/2009).
