04. 19.10.2011 Application had been filed by the

petitioner for initiating proceeding of contempt

against the authorities of L. N. Mithila University,

Darbhanga for not complying the direction of this

Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3180 of 2007.

Show-cause has been filed on behalf of

the University and the State.

Counsel appearing for the University

submits that the petitioner has been paid his entire

admissible dues, including five per cent interest.

This has been admitted by the petitioner’s counsel

also.

Accordingly, this Contempt Application is

disposed of.
