So far appeal notice on respondent nos.1

and 2 are concerned, it is accepted as valid service

on their refusal.

The appellant shall take steps for

appointment of J.R.(J.) guardian for the minor

respondent nos.3 and 4 within one week by filing

stamp blank vakalatnama, guardian cost and also

brief. The appellant shall also take fresh steps for

appeal notice on respondent no.12 under

registered cover with A.D. within one week.
