02. 07.09.2011 The present application has been filed for

modification of the order dated 07.03.2011 passed in

Cr. Misc. N0. 3450 of 2011 for extending the period of

surrender with regard to petitioner No. 5 namely

Rakesh Thakur.

On the ground mentioned in the

modification application, let the period of surrender

with regard to petitioner No. 5 namely Rakesh Thakur,

be further extended by four weeks from the date of

receipt or production of the copy of this order.

The order dated 07.03.2011 stands modified

to the extent indicated above.

Let the order of this Court be transmitted

through FAX to the learned Court below at the cost of

the petitioner.
