In case, the counter affidavit is not filed, the General Manager, National
Textile Corporation, Kanpur shall remain present before the Court along with
Rs. 20,000/- cost payable to the petitioner.

Registry of this Court is directed to inform this order to General Manager,
Nation Textile Corporation,Kanpur. In case counter affidavit is filed, he need
not appear and pay the cost.
