application as well as the objection filed against the
application for impleadment. I find that it is fit for allowing.
Application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to implead the Smt. Dharamari Jee
as respondent.

Let necessary amendment be incorporated within a week.
List the case immediately thereafter.
By the next date newly impleaded opposite party may file
counter affidavit.

Interim order shall remain operative till the next date of
listing.
