Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A for the State.

Perusal of the record reveals that the victim in this case has not yet been
recovered.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that
no ground is made out warranting interference by this court.

Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
