Mr.Vinay Mishra, learned Advocate put in appearance on behalf of opposite
parties 1 and 2 and files counter affidavit, through which he has submitted
that in terms of interim order passed by the writ court, the salary is being paid
to the petitioner.

Three days time as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to
verify the status of payment of salary.

List in the 1st week of August, 2010.

The appearance of the officers is hereby exempted.
