Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
Applicant was allowed parole by me on 5.6.2009, which was modified and
now the applicant is in jail since 11 September, 2009 and the trial is
proceeding with a snail space.
Looking to the said fact, I consider it appropriate to release the applicant on a
short term parole.
Let the applicant Ram Kripal Shukla involved in Case Crime No. 86/2008,
under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Baharia, District
Allahabad be released on short term parole starting from 27th January, 2010
on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1 lac and two solvent sureties each in
the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
Both the sureties will be his near kith and kins. His parole will lapse on
10.3.2010, on which date applicant is directed to surrender.
This matter will come up on 12.3.2010.
Meanwhile, the trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial.
On next date, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file the surrender
certificate of the applicant on an affidavit.
