Heard Sri Shiv Shanker Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, who
submits that Execution Case No. 96 of 1992 is pending before I
Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Sultanpur. The execution case pertains to
the year 1992.

So, I direct the I Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Sultanpur to decide the
aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably, within a period of one year,
provided the parties cooperate.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
