We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel
appearing for respondents.

The petitioner’s fair price shop agreement has been suspended. The petitioner
has already submitted his reply.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to District Supply Officer to
consider the reply of the petitioner and take a final decision within a period of
one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
