Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail

custody since 04-08-2011 on the allegation that 16 gas cylinders

were recovered from his house, let the petitioner, namely, Ram

Lakhan Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

connection with Agiawn (G) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2011 to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/, Bhojpur at Arrah.
