The Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court by the order dated 30th
October,2003. The petitioner filed Special Leave Petition (C) No. 23497 of
2003 giving rise to Civil Appeal No. 2806 of 2005 before the Supreme Court.
Their Lordships of the Supreme Court set aside the order dated 30th
October,2003 passed by this Court, and remitted the matter to this Court for
deciding the Writ Petition afresh.
The case has been taken up in the revised list. However, none has
appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts narrated above, it would be appropriate that the
notice be issued to the petitioners to put in appearance in the matter.
Let notice be issued to the petitioners fixing 25th February,2010.
List this case before the appropriate Bench on 25th February, 2010.
