02. 09.12.2010 The writ application was initially filed for a
direction for grant of B.A. (Trained) Pay Scale.
Subsequently through I.A. it is prayed for staying the
publication of final gradation list of graduate trained
teachers of residential schools.
Now petitioner confines his prayer for
disposal of his objection, filed against ad hoc gradation
list as contained in Annexure-5, by the authority
within a reasonable time frame.
The prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
It is expected that the authority will dispose
off the objection cum representation of the petitioner
with regard to the ad hoc seniority list within a period
of two months from the date of receipt of the order of

this Court.
With the aforesaid observations, the
application stands disposed off.
