It is informed that in crl. misc. writ petition no. 11332 of 2010 of co-accused
Kajal alias Poonam a Division Bench comprising Hon’ble Vineer Saran and
Hon’ble Prakash Krishna, JJ has stayed the arrest of the petitioner till
submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.

We are of the opinion that this matter be also placed before the same Bench.

Accordingly office is directed to put up this matter before the Bench
comprising Hon’ble Vineer Saran and Hon’ble Prakash Krishna, JJ after
obtaining appropriate orders from The Hon’ble The Chief Justice.
