serving as Class-III employee in the establishment section of the

collectorate that he has to appear in this matter before this Court on or

before 24.01.2010, failing which payment of salary of respondent no.4

for the month of January, 2011 be stopped.

Put up on 24.01.2011 in the same list maintaining its

position.
