and 2.

Issue notice to opposite party no.3 returnable at an early date.

Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder
affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks, thereafter.

List after the expiry of the aforesaid period. Till the next date of
listing, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated
21.7.2010 (Annexure No.1) and order dated 17.11.2009 (Annexure
no.8) shall remain stayed.
