The   writ   petition   was   filed   against   the   order   of   transfer 
dated   11th  January,   2007.   The   stay   order   was   operating   till   12th 
February, 2007. 

By long passage of time, this writ petition seems to have 
become infructuous and the petitioner does not appear to be 
interested in pursuing this case. 

This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
