From perusal of the record, it transpires that the order dated
10.05.1986(Anexure no. 1) passed by by Principal Swami Vivekanand
Uchchattar Madhymik Vidyalaya, Raipur, Dudhawan District Raibareli by
which the work in respect to the Calss-IV employees was allocated, was
challenged by the petitioner (Ram Naresh) who was also Class-IV employee.

At the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 45
years, as such due to efflux of time, the present writ petition has become
infructuous.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
