Issue notices to opposite parties to show cause why they have not obeyed the
order dated 26th of October, 2009, passed in Special Appeal No.212 of 2000,
whereby the limit fixed by the Hon’ble Single Judge for regularization of the
petitioners’ services has been diluted but the order for regularization has been
kept intact.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Chairman/Managing
Director of the Department admits six vacancies of Class IV employees in the
department, but they have not proceeded to follow the order passed by this
court.
