The writ petition is reported to be beyond time by 75 days. It is directed
against interlocutory order dated 23rd January, 2010 passed on an application
filed before the Additional Commissioner.
Shri D.D. Chauhan, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha submits that it has
been found that the petitioner is not a landless agricultural labourer. He is a
teacher in an education institution and possesses around 150 Bighas land.
Taking into consideration the nature of the order dated 23rd January, 2010,
no interference is called for in the present writ petition. It is open to the
petitioner to raise all the pleas before the authority concerned by filing an
appropriate application.
The writ petition is dismissed summarily.
