35 of 2009, but by inadvertence the name of petitioner

No. 4 namely Krishan Kumar @ Hitlar has not been

incorporated in the order dated 06.07.2010.

Let the order dated 06.07.2010 be modified

to the extent indicated above.

Let the present order and the order dated

06.07.2010 be transmitted to the learned Court below

through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
