which the State was required to file supplementary

show cause explaining the stand taken by them and

they failed to do so.

Learned counsel for the State prays for

two weeks time. Further two weeks time was granted

to file show cause subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/-

to the Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee.
