This petition is directed against suspension order but during the pendency of
this writ petition, as stated by the counsel for the respondent in the counter
affidavit, another resolution has been passed terminating his services which
has been approved by the Committee of Management. Thus, it appears that
the cause does not survive.

However, none appears to press this petition even in the revised list.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
