Case of the petitioner is that in the seniority list he has at serial No.3 while
the name of opposite party No.5 who is at serial No.4. in the seniority list has
been sent by the committee of management for promotion on the post of
Assistant Clerk to the District Inspector of Schools.

Sri V.S. Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel prays for and is
granted four days’ time to seek instructions in this matter.
