02 07.04.2011 Let notice in the admission matter be issued to

respondent nos.4 and 5 through ordinary process as well as

registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed

within a period of 10 days, failing which this application as against

the concerned respondents shall stand rejected without further

reference to a Bench.

Post this case after service of notice in usual course.

The time in the meanwhile shall be utilized by the

State respondents to take instruction and file counter affidavit, if

so advised.
