We have heard Shri Narendra Sankar Dwivedi holding brief of Shri A.K Rai
learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel appearing for
respondents.

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to take the
land of the petitioner without any acquisition or requisition of the land. The
stay order granted to the petitioner came to and end after two weeks.

In the counter affidavit it has been stated that no construction is being made
on the land of the petitioner. In view of stand taken in the counter affidavit
this petition devoid of any merits and is accordingly dismissed.
