The present writ petition has been filed against a notice dated 1.7.2010 which
appears to have been issued in pursuance of the order dated 31.5.2010 passed
under section 122-B of U.P.Z.A.& L.R Act,

In my considered view, against the impugned notice the present writ is not
maintainable. It is dismissed accordingly.
