The matter relates to the 2001for allotment of L.P.G. Distributionship of
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. No interim order was granted by this Court in
favour of the petitioner, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous by
the passage of time as such the petitioner has lost interest.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without imposing any
cost.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
