Ms.Palika Monga, learned DAG, Haryana, produced the record

of tender process including the certificate submitted by the petitioner. It is

pointed out that applications were invited from the experienced “Mess

Contractors”, “Canteen Contractors” and “Restaurant Owners”. Certificate

produced by the petitioner does not relate to any of the three categories.

Therefore, the petitioner has been treated to be ineligible for grant of tender

in terms of the conditions of eligibility in the advertisement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said

fact.

Dismissed.
