On the agreement of the parties, it is provided that petitoiner will indicate a
particular place for installation of tube-well along with boring and thereafter
opposite parties will install the tube-well on the aforesaid place.

Let the information in regard to place be given to the opposite parties by the
petitioner within seven days and thereafter tube-well shall be installed
forthwith.
