The petitioner claims that his salary has incorrectly been reduced
in spite of the fact that he is entitled for Second Promotional Grade
Pay Scale of Rs. 14,430 under the government orders dated
2.12.2000 and 3.9.2001.

Let the respondent no.4 be examined the claim of the petitioner
and thereafter proceed to pass an appropriate order as
expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three
months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order
before him. Disposed of.
