filed by the District Superintendent of
Education, Samastipur it appears that
G.P.F. amounting to Rs.806.28 paise is
still due to the petitioner about which it
is stated that the same shall be released
after receipt of the allotment of fund
from the Department.
Put up on the next Wednesday.
If the due amount is not paid to
the petitioner by the next Wednesday,
District Superintendent of Education,
Samastipur shall not draw his salary of
the next month.
Learned counsel for the opposite
parties shall communicate this order to
the District Superintendent of Education
Samastipur immediately.
